BuyCheapData provides mobile data bundle purchase services for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo networks in Ghana.
We act as a digital service provider facilitating the purchase and transfer of data bundles to customers' mobile numbers.
3. Delivery Time
- Data bundles are delivered within 30 minutes to 1 hour after payment confirmation.
- Delivery time may be affected by network delays or system issues beyond our control.
- In rare cases, delivery may take longer, and customers will be notified accordingly.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers must:
- Provide the correct mobile number.
- Confirm the selected network and bundle before payment.
- Ensure the number is active and able to receive data bundles.
- Ensure you do not have any outstanding airtime or data bills.
BuyCheapData is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
5. Payments
- All payments must be completed before delivery begins.
- Accepted payment methods include Mobile Money and any other methods displayed on the website.
- Once payment is confirmed and data is successfully delivered, the transaction is considered complete.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if:
- Payment was made but data was not delivered within a reasonable time, and
- The issue is verified to be from our system.
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- The customer provides an incorrect phone number.
- The data was successfully delivered to the provided number.
- Network provider issues occur after delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed within 24–72 hours.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous service. However, we are not liable for:
- Network downtime
- Maintenance periods
- Technical failures beyond our control
8. Limitation of Liability
BuyCheapData shall not be held responsible for:
- Loss of data due to customer error
- Network provider service failures
- Delays caused by mobile network operators
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased bundle.
9. Fraud & Misuse
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel suspicious transactions
- Refuse service to anyone involved in fraudulent activity
- Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities
10. Privacy
Customer information (such as phone number and payment details) is used only for processing orders and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms.
